Low Season:               

	May 1 - June 21                        $500 weekly
	Sept. 6 - Oct. 18

High Season:             

June 21 - Sept. 6                      $750 weekly

Weekends/Midweek:

Low season only                       $250 for 2 nights                                                   $80 each additional night

Holiday Weekends:     

Low season only                      $450 for 3 nights minimum
